Mostly diarrhea is due to virus with fever , abdominal pain etc
Continue with ORS with 10ml /kg of your body weight for each loose stool.If you have pain you can use paracetamol ,to lower the frequency of diarrhea you can use 2 capsules imodium once
You can use flagyl 400 mg three times daily for 5 days.
Avoid oily ,non vegetarian food for few days.
