  4. Reagrding chest pain. Need angiography?

Reagrding chest pain
Dear Dr, I am having chest pain from past one year. I have done with below tests Ecg Echo TMT Holter meter 24hrs Chest Xray CT chest All blood tests Endoscopy Colonoscopy All tests turns normal. My heart rate is always above 100 and regularly taking acidity tablets along with anxiety tablets... Do i need angiography?

You have done extensive evaluation and found no abnormality suggests anxiety related. If you are asymptomatic, please don't worry. Do regular physical exercise. No need of angiography or further invasive tests for heart.

No need of angiography if TMT is normal. This is anxiety related treat your anxiety in consultation with a doctor
