Reactive lyphmadenitis
My husband got a swollen cervical lymph node on right side of his neck from last 2.5 weeks. The node is painless, and moveable. No other symptoms or illness when the node appeared. From The doctor suggested FNAC, ESR, Montoux , and CBC tests. Reports are attached. Now from last 3 days, he is having white spots in his tonsils and pain while gulping. CBC report mentioned : Lymphocytosis with few activated lymphocytes FNAC mentions : Reactive Lymphadenitis What could this mean and what should be the treatment options ?
