Hi mam, once ur diagnosed n fixed as reactive arthritis with the concern blood test we need to manage only ur pain and other discomfort. Concerning ur finger pain it need to be assessed and mostly to be treated with wax therapy. Same way for ur shoulder as u complaint of stiffness wax therapy can help you. All my suggestion are interpretation from ur question. For better result reach a Physio nearby.
