Re exposure rabies
I take rabies vaccine on 0,3 on time and other 2 doses on day 8( insted of day 7), day 29 (insted of day 28) one day delayed in both days .my last shot was 9-5-2025 will it works properlyand today  a dog scratch my leg .

Yes, your rabies vaccination will still work properly. A 1-day delay in the 4th and 5th doses (day 8 instead of 7, day 29 instead of 28) is not a problem and is still considered Since your last dose was on 9th May 2025 and you were scratched today, you do not need to restart the full course.

yes it work properly so its Essen regime which means intramascular and five doses one ampoule so if u skip one day its no issue just dont think too much efficacy will be same only thing keep in mind that if u skip 2 or 3 days than u have to repeat all doses which is im or intradermal which ever your treating doctor prefers and if u change IM injection to ID than whole schdeule changes i hope this answer resolves your query

Usually a delay of 1 or 2 days is acceptable in taking post exposure rabies vaccine. Its effectiveness remains the same so you don’t need to worry. Today’s Dog scratch had happened during your current course of treatment, so you are already protected.
