RBCs in urine
Please the reports I have attached.. I am 26 year old.. I have had my routine blood work done. And RBCs showed up in my urine.. I have never had kidney stone or any other kidney related issues. However I felt feverish and had fatigue on 4th April.  This is the first time rbcs showed up in urine. Is this a cause for concern? Should I repeat the test?

2-3 rbc are not significant. Please repeat test after a few days and take good amount of liquids
