RBC total count 5.901 and hemoglobin15.6
I am facing too much of weakness in my body at the evening times.Three months back Doctor advised good we exercise because of lo HDL-38 and High LDL-120. So daily i walked 7000steps per day. And now I am feeling too much of weakness. Yesterday again blood test given. PCV is 46.8 MCV is 79.33 RBC count 5.901 And Hb A1C is 6.7( three months back 6.6) Fast blood sugar 106. In 2020 I was affected by covid. I heard that covid affected people are getting sugar and it is going. Kindly guide me to reduce RBC and whether I am diabetic and can I reduce in this stage by proper exercises. Age...37 Height 180 Weight 80 Thanking you sir
