RBC in urine along with high

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have 12-13 RBC in urine and also puss cells and bacteria. No Fever No itching while passing urine. Bit of cramps in abdominal. Can you please help me to understand if RBC in urine is something serious and life threatening? Can it be cured if yes, how? Enclosed reports.
