  4. RBB in ECG but Normal Echo and TMT.

RBB in ECG but Normal Echo and TMT
Had RBB in ECG recently and then normal ECHO and negative TMT. D Dimer test was also normal . Is it something i need to worry about . Blood reports are also normal 4 years back had a normal ECG and this development has come as a suprise
