Rashes on the skin under the lips

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Since one month ago I started to observe some rashes on the skin under my lips. I´ve been diagnoses before with dermatitis but this is a diferent kind of rash. I´ve tried already with moisturizing cream, fisiogel and aciclovir (tough could be herpes but didn´t work).
