My father has a easily bruising skin in particular season. There in no pain and itching. We have done the blood report in which there is low platelate count which may be indicate the purpura like condition

Greetings. Bruising may occur with trivial trauma in older individuals even if platelet count is normal since superficial blood vessels may be fragile. However, if the platelet count is low, then please see a physician / internal medicine specialist and get this evaluated and diagnosed.
