Rashes on the leg
I have dark and flaky skin on both my legs just above the ankles toward the outside. At times it is itchy and seems to get worse when I wear Sox.

will be good if you send a pic... usually its due to dryness or may be as a complication of varicose veins and gets better if you apply a lubricant... however examination is must for finding the exact cause
