Rashes on forehead
My mother often gets red rashes on her forehead earlier the skin of forehead was greyish later it cured but now often she gets forhead rashes specially when exhausted or she doesnt get enough sleep.Itchy skin,sometimes rashes on one side of neck from ear.Sudden itching on hands.She is borderline diabetic,she has thyroid from 25-26yrs approx and had undergone hystrectomy in 2017.Need suggestion for further.
