Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have rashes on my face for around 2-3 weeks, I have tried Mupirocin Gel like T-Bac, even I compressed Ice bag but it still has on my face. I can't identify from what that's causing. I use ayurvedic Face Washes(Neem Tulsi face wash). I need solution for my rashes/pimples.

Thanks for the query. This presentation can be seen with many skin diseases. The best option is to consult a Dermatologist in person to understand the problem and get it diagnosed. A proper treatment can then be started. Discuss the situation and hope it will be cleared in few days. Don't delay the appointment. You can use a bland moisturiser till then and OTC anti-allergic medications.
