Rashes on back shoulder
My 4.5-year-old child has small rough itchy bumps on the back for 3 months. Itching increases with dryness. No pain, pus, or fever. Photos attached. Please advise.

A more detailed history/information will need to be provided together with some clear digital pics for a proper evaluation and treatment plan to be chalked out.
Lichen nitidus type of Atopic Dermatitis is my gut feel diagnosis but will need to be confirmed by more detailed queries and examination.
Presence of lesions in close contacts and other details like any co morbidities etc will also need to be checked
