Rashes on back, below the neck region

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Actually, since last 6 months there were too many rashes in the back portion of my body below neck, I took medicine for it bt it couldn't b completely cured. Now it started growing more n more. It look pathetic. Plz try to cure it.
