My baby who is 2 years old got some weird rashes inside thigh near groin. I have applied baby powder but they are not reducing. Are these chicken pox or some kind or viral thing? Please check the image attached.

If it is only in groin area it is unlikely to be chicken pox.
Apply T bact ointment, three times a day for 5 days.
Put on loose clothing for the child or keep open.
If similar rashes appear elsewhere on the body or child gets fever, please visit your pediatrician.
