Dear it is due to contact of chemical which leads to allergic dermatitis.
You should take 1.Tab.methyl prednisone 16 mg BD for 3 days then taper it 8 mg BD 2.Tab.avil 1 od for 3 days 3.Apply Momentasone plus fusidic acid cream locally

Thank you for your query. You should consult a dermatologist as physical examination is necessary before starting any treatment. Chemical hair dye should be substituted with organic or ppd free hair dye like vegetal, altris hd. Hope it helps
