  4. Rashes in legs. Of hiv or a hive rash?

Good day doctor, i am bothered about these bumps appearing in my legs, it is not the first time that they appear; they appeared in my hands, wrist also. Though they just disappear after a couple of time, i am very concerned about these because i am not experiencing this bunps since my childhood an they hust appear after i donated my blood. plus i have read that it was a sign of an early HIV. is it a sign of HIV or a hive rash?
