Rashes besides the vaginal area

Developed rashes on the Thighs besides the vaginal area. Does not burn but when in contact with under garments causes itching sometimes. This started during the menses.

Common to have infections with periods. Often rashes are self limiting and related to sub optimal perineal hygiene. Sometimes especially when persistent they may be due to an infection which needs treatment with antibiotics
