Have rashes on waist with etching continuously. Tried applying soframysin with no much effect. Please advice

GREETINGS..! 1. the rashes / photo is not very clear - not adequate to make a diagnosis 2. It could possibly be a fungal infection - appearance of which has been altered by the use of soframycin 3. soframycin will not help in relieving this skin condition of yours. Warm regards
