Rashes are increasing severely

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am having severe rashes on almost all the parts of my whole body. As I was pregnant, I couldn't take full dosage of internal medicine though I have and had applied a loads of quantity of different ointment like Clotrimazole, candid etc., Now, I had a delivery 2 weeks back breast feeding and still these rashes are there and it is even increasing for last 2 days.
