Rashes and pus on the arm

Asked for Male, 25 Years

One big rash probably from an insect bite on the arm is filled with pus in small amount. 2-3 more small smidgens of rashes also visible around the same arm. Redness but no pain or fever or any heaviness around the area. What to do?
