Last two days i am suffering from itching neck area and below lips and surrounding ear. After itching rashes come out on skin. After two doses of cetirizine tablet still i didn't got relief. What should i do?

You need to find out causes for itching . The most common causes are food , medications, infections , pollens, dust , insect bites etc. Get Absolute eosinophilic count and complete blood count and if it is abnormal meet dermatologist in your locality.
