Rashes & bad odour near inner thigh
Hi I always, have a rashes & some sort of bad smell due to sweat & wet, if I walk more in sunlight, it will sweat & that will convert to some bad odour, once I had showed to dermatologist, as it was heavy itching sometimes & they preferred Levocetrizine (Teczine 10mg) tab, fudic cream & one can tablet, when I take that bit okay & avian it will be regular. In inner thigh it is looking like bit burn colour, like black. Can see the difference.
Kindly suggest what to do.

Please put pictures. Use antibacterial cream with anaerobic action
