Rash on thighs

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Its itching very badly in inner thighs... rash also in there... lik red and dark... and it has burst now because of scratching it.. and nw its unbareable.. itz dry too... so i use vasline moisture to keep it calm.. still nothing has improved please help me.. what i do..??
