Rash on thigh

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Three days back a rash appeared on left thigh it's not itching not paining, tingling sensation when I touched it, 2019 sexual exposure done, in 2020 two time hiv tested result is negative Again in 2021 April and June p24 and two times tridot tested all are negative From 2019 to today no sexyual activity Still fear that it is hiv rash pls help me
