Rash on the legs
Rash on both the legs between the knee and the ankle since past 1 year. A small patch, no itching or redness.

Your description isn't pin pointing to a probable diagnosis. What I suggest is that you  visit an allopathic dermatologist near you . There are many conditions in skin that can look alike. And please avoid using any creams suggested by friends family or pharmacists.
