Rash on skin during ovulation

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have been getting recurrent rashes, and it happens around ovulation . These are skin colored or red bumps on cheeks and forehead . And they resolve on their own after period ends or at times within a week of occurring. They happens around the same time every month. Please guide. I m not any pills or any medications. And no other health problems. I have used emergency contraceptive a few times in the last year..nothing else.
