Rash on penis head&shaft
My penis underskin and shaft is very dry. I also has red rashes and redness on my penis head and shaft. Whenever i masturbate frequently the red pimples type thing start appearing. I tried pendram cream and it clears the rashes and redness and spots but after couple of days it start coming again and its skin becomes very dry and red. Can you please suggest any cream to permanently resolve this?
