  4. Rash on neck. The skin is raised though.

I've had a rash starting from my hairline, that has been slowly creeping down my neck for about 2 years now. It looks like one giant red spotch, and it itches randomly. I've tried taking fungal medication for it, which didn't work, so i don't think thats the origin. It always feels hot, but not particuraly dry or moist. The skin is raised though.
