Rash on Leg What could it be?

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have only noticed this for about 2-3 weeks ago. Not sure what it could be, I really want to know what it may be and how dangerous this may be? Could you please help me?! note: i have eczema a bit it comes and goes, not sure what this is thing on my leg is.
