Asked for Female, 19 Years

All of a sudden at night 2 days back i felt itching at this place. Next morning when i saw it was a rash like thing. It stings and burns at times. It's only this small and not anywhere else on my face. What could this be? Please guide. Have attached pictures below. I had also taken ipill twice in a week. And i also suffer from pcod
