Rash on arms, palms and face.

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am getting these small pimple like rash at different places on my arms. They don't hurt or itch. They look like very small warts , like small eruptions from the skin. One eruption is present in my right hand palm also. Today morning I found one such eruption right under my left eye. I am not allergic to anything and have never seen such eruptions on my body. Please help with what it could be. Attached is a picture.
