Rash on arm.

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have had a rash on my arm for over a week. Started out just visible then the past 4 days it started to hurt to bend my arm. It looks and feels swollen and burns if something touches it and if water touches it. Some small with flaking isolated to only this area not expanding. I have history of allergies to grass, pollen, latex peanuts. I do have eczema. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said it was a flare up of eczema so I am taking 60mg of prednisone for 5 days.
