My son has big rashes in neck. He is only 5 days old. Why this kind of round shaped rashes appears in neck?

It is difficult to comment  without seeing a picture atleast. Most babies do get rashes a few days after birth which go away on their own mostly. If you are using besan or any such thing to bathe the baby, kindly stop immediately. Visit a pediatrician if the rashes persist or increase
