Your baby has diaper dematitis and it a fungal infection
To prevent this you have to
1. Keep the diaper area dry and allow open diaper during day time
2. Change diaper whenever u feel it is wet
3. Apply coconut oil to let it heal early
4. U can apply the cream u r having
