Rapid Hair loss

Hir Sir, I was diagnosed with diabetes a month back. And I have been on oral anit diabetic drugs since then. But, almost from the last three weeks, I am having a very bad hair loss. When I wash my hair so many hair come out while I shampoo, when I dry them with towel and then there is while I comb. They even fall when I am performing my normal activities. Please advice, I am really nervous and loading confidence fast. Thanks in advance.
