Hi sir. Rantac syrup mandatory before taking ibugesic for fever? ( age 9 months) after taking ibugesic when next dose for paracetamol?

No rantac syrup is not mandatory after Ibugesic. Paracetamol and Ibugesic is to be given only if there is fever above 99 or 100. You can give paracetamol 4 hours later if needed. Better to give paracetamol only rather than Ibugesic
