Random Fever
Hi! I am having fever during night and morning. And a little weakness. Currently, I have 99.5 degree. I have cough & cold as well. Headache sometimes. Suggestions? Have been taking cetrizen and paracetamol for couple of days. I'm not taking any cold liquid for the time being.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It could be a viral infection. Kindly consult a general physician in person and to be on a safer side, get a fever profile done and consult a general physician for appropriate management. Take a paracetamol 500mg thrice a day after food. Have soft and warm foods. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
