I measured my random blood sugar level on 07 it was at 120 . Today again I measured it, the level was at 140..I measured it again now it was 113.
Do I need to go for any evaluation tests .What is the normal random range for blood sugar

Good to test. Typically above 126 is diagnostic of diabetes. But it may be the case you have pre-diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance.
