Hi, I'm having multiple foci in my right kidney and it causing me pinching pain in my right lower quadrant , I m in fear that it might cause a kidney stone attack at time and I'm using cystone syrup from Himalaya and what diet should follow and should I need any medical intervention or else it could passes through urine ?? Am drinking plenty of water daily but unable to stop eating tomato and moreover I'm drinking lemon water too ,please suggest me should seek with urologist or sholud I change my diet or what ?? It is causing pan for me. I'm suffering from fatty liver and spleenomegaly too as I had an ultrasound I got too know that
