Raised bumps on back

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Dear doctors, I have noticed these raised red dots appear on my upper back. They look like pimples or acne to me, and they are absolutely not itchy, but they have been persisting for more than 3 weeks. They just showed up on the right side of my back, almost out of nowhere. Could this be something serious and should I be worried? Thank you so much
