My son is now 10 year but is peni is as small as it was in child. I am worried about it. Why it is not becoming big. What is the problem.

Let your pediatrician check,. He will check testis size also. May advise some investigation also Relax.

Many a times penis is enlarged but due to obesity there is increase pelvic fat so we can not actually get an Idea of  the size of penis. For gonadal development (genital development) there is a specific age of child for boys it is 18 years and for girls 14 years this is called as pubertal spurt. At this age there is Rapid development of genitalia of children's. If you are worried visit your pediatrician for examination
