What are the best imaging/ radiographic  options for spine problem, to a person who can not undergo MRI due to presence of non MRI compatible implants in his arm.

The implant put in arm even if Stainless steel (non compatible) .. Can still undergo MRI. If there is a locked plate with screws or nail or intramedullary wire etc then MRI can surely be done. Can get clearance from Orthopedic Surgeon.
Health Tips
Only major risk is pointed wires in chest or Pacemakers. Even then patients with pacemakers can undergo MRI with adequate measures and arrangement.
