Racing thoughts all the time
How do I control my mind from racing thoughts all the time, even at night, disturbing the night sleep, making me tired.. bothering a lot, I couldn't turn off my brain. I do excercises for 20 mins a day. How do I control my mind? Please suggest. I have been going through anxiety before a year.

It looks you are an anxious type person. You need to change your life style. If you bring these changes, it may be of help. Don't stay free, must keep your self busy, may be in reading, TV shows, some games or any activity of your choice. Simple walking or playing some game is a good stress buster Daily spare at least half hour to Pranayaam. Must read, listen or watch some spiritual discourse. Must sit with closed eyes and mentally watch your breath may be for 5 minutes morning and evening. These things will surely help if done sincerely. Otherwise psychiatry consultation is the answer.
