Heart Racing & Shortness of Breath
I have been having this issue multiple times before but it's literally morning and I need to start working. I can't have this slowing my work. My heart is racing, I have shortness of breath, I am unable to get up and do any work. I'm feeling super tired and dizzy, I am unable to eat either. I am feeling extremely nauseous. There is nothing triggering or anxious around me. I really need some kind of medication to just calm this feeling. Any suggestions? I am a little broke to go to go to a hospital or get so many tests done at this point of time. Breathing exercises aren't really working.
