I take buspar twice daily. my mother just died, on thanksgiving no less. it's just me to do and help my father.... today, my one day on my own to rest and relax since her death, and my heart suddenly started racing and will not slow down. i'm assuming this is stress induced. i've read that xanax for short term could help. if i go to a weekend clinic, would they prescribe, or supply me with a couple? or do i have to go thru the whole test/hosppital...take forever routine?
