Yes, unfortunately YOU HAVE TO take the complete post exposure prophylaxis again. (All the injections) with the Rabies immunoglobulin. Wash the affected wound with soap and water immediately and properly for 15 mins.
Because you can't take that risk.

Regardless of what anyone tells you, TAKE THE COMPLETE COURSE AGAIN. Post exposure prophylaxis does not give you long term immunity. Rabies is 100 percent fatal once symptoms begin, so don't take the risk. Take the course again, and you should be fine. In the future please take precautions.

If its a stray dog dont take risk. If bleeding from bite site go and take antirabies immunoglobulin. Also start ARV. there are numerous case reporting rabies even after vaccination. So dont take risk
