I think your question is that if you didn't take vaccination on day 0 of dog bite can you take it after 2 or 3 days.
Well, yes, you can take vaccination after 2-3 days too. After all the incubation period has been reported from few days to 70 years.

Ideally it must be taken on Day Zero, means the day of bite. Any way earlier the better. Now if you take a shot today, the next will be after 3 days and third on Day 7. The 4th shot becomes due on 14th day but if the dog is under observation and survives 10 days after day of bite it means it was not rabied on the day of bite so you may skip further shots. If the Dog dies or its wherabouts are not known then it is better to take 2 more shots due on 14th and 28th day. If the Dog dies it means it was rabied and it is advisable to take Human Anti Rabies Immunoglobulin, especially if bite injury is severe and near the head and neck.
